Now we are talking, I can never go wrong with any oats banana combination, damn, who am i kidding I have eaten oats dry with no water or anything and they were still good! They have a healthy amount of protein in them, and good for the gut Bananas are just crazy good, the energy you get from eating them regular is crazy, and im not talking about a banana, im talking like 8 bananas, do it! Then you have the panela, wholesome sugar that actually has minerals, I know your thinking did he just refer to sugar as being wholesome, yes I did. Take this combination mix it all together with water, and not only does it taste great everytime, but it feeds your body, big time!

panela, or brown sugar, used to go through one of these every few days, colombians are mad for it, so was I!
