The Idea
The idea for this journey came so long ago it’s now kind of built into me. It was obsessed about so much, that the idea to take a long bike ride into the unknown evolved into a hazy dream, it consumed me. After many a hour online, piece by piece things started to fall in place, the practicalities and what not.
I will be cycling fully loaded carrying all i need plus the kitchen sink. My rough route will take me from California across the Andes to Argentina. My road of choice will be the one that goes over the high mountain passes and through the desolate deserts.
